What is Distance Learning?

Welcome to Distance Learning of Cattaraugus Allegany Board of Cooperative Educational Services (CA BOCES). As a department of Instructional Support Services (ISS), we provide teachers and students the opportunity to deliver and receive learning experiences through interactive videoconferencing or online learning. This field of education is designed to deliver learning opportunities to students who are not physically "on site" including virtual field trips, collaborations, and synchronous/asynchronous courses.
